Our Story
Founded by Jonathan Ofer and Shalom Halfon, Premiere Builders began with a simple idea: deliver high-quality home renovations that reflect the way people actually live—and do it with professionalism, honesty, and care. Over the past 10 years, that vision has grown into a thriving, full-service remodeling company with offices in both Tampa and Sarasota, a full in-house team, and a state-of-the-art showroom to help clients visualize their dream space.
From the start, the goal has never just been to complete a project—it’s to do it right the first time, with attention to detail, open communication, and zero shortcuts. That’s why many of our clients return for future projects or expand their scope mid-build. Whether we’re restoring homes after a hurricane or executing a full renovation with custom design, we treat every project like it matters—because it does.
