My Story

I am from London, UK and have been a resident of Sarasota since 1992. I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and personal trainer with 35 years of weight loss and fitness experience. My passion is supporting people on their journey to optimal health and finding happiness with their bodies.

I’ve struggled with my weight growing up and understand the struggles of weight loss after three pregnancies plus menopause.

The feeling of knowing what you should eat versus what you want to eat and help my clients with alternative solutions.

I love food, and it took me a long time to learn to balance and maintain my weight loss and health and understanding my relationship with food.
